Funding for the Cornwall Islamic Community Centre
The Cornwall Islamic Centre requires £500,000 for the total cost of the refurbishment for the Quenchwell chapel into a suitable community centre. Of this, £140,000 is urgently required to fund the completion of the ongoing building work.
The balance is a bank loan on which we are only just meeting the repayments. The demographics of Cornwall as well as the low weekly turnout whilst the centre is establishing itself is resulting in low weekly donations.
We are requesting that members of the community and all Muslim brothers and Sisters every were to please help the only Islamic Community Centre in Cornwall, by donating as much as you possibly can.
